Absolutely do not take any of your work to this place! They will quote you one price, and when you get up there with your pieces on a trailer, they’ll raise that quote by $45,000. Yes, $45,000 more than was quoted. And if you say something about it, the owner is gonna give you an attitude to tell you to go somewhere else. Honestly, it seems like a scam. I can only assume what they were planning. When we were quoted the initial price, they were willing to come pick it up from us and take it up there and do everything and bring it back. But I guess since they couldn’t scam us out of it they got angry and decided to raise the price. It is a guarantee we will never use Capital City Machine Shop. And considering that we build many pieces year after yearfor the second largest energy company in North America it’s a shame how much money they will lose out from us. But I guess they thought that they had us by the balls and we would pay whatever they asked, even though they lied to us scammers and grifters abound. You might as well just go down to Macon or Savannah for a better price, and a better attitude. And if they wanna come up and say that none of this is true, we actually have the

I had a mixer blade I needed repaired and the folks at Capital City were so very easy to work with. I simply walked in the front door asking for help and they could not have been nicer. The work was solid, the price was fair, and the job was completed sooner than expected. I fully recommend this business and will use them moving forward.
